The MINUMIZER controller cycles the "ON" time of a control circuit as the outside temperature dictates. With a full cycle being 10 minutes, and depending on the outdoor temperature, the percent of "ON" time a heating device receives power is as follows:

0%	0 minutes ON	10 minutes OFF
25%	2.5 minutes ON	7.5 minutes OFF
50%	5 minutes ON	5 minutes OFF
75%	7.5 minutes ON	2.5 minutes OFF
100%	10 minutes ON	0 minutes OFF

The MINUMIZER controller samples the outside temperature every 10 minutes and depending on the model of the controller, the percentage of "ON" time is increased as the temperature drops.
